Stretches and Exercises
Stretching and exercising will help your game. The trick is to pick the right ones for your body. I will not try to play doctor and tell you what you need. Please see your doctor before starting any exercise program. Stretching will promote longer muscles which help you make the movements needed in golf. One of my favorite stretches is right here.
The local YMCA is an excellent place to start. I use the fitlinxx program for golf. I have added two additional machines to help my turn.
