Ran's Ramblings

Golf...is a game of games.

Just swing the club...concentrate on the process....not the result
without the process....there can be no result.

I was talking to myself the other day (me, myself and I), and myself kept getting into my way and I did not like it one bit!

I never knew titanium rusted as fast as it does during the winter!

Everyone I play golf with, I try to hold for some type of ransom.

One shot does not a round make.

Remember, with great power comes great responsibility.

There is no short cut to a short game so get to work!

Bunkers, sand traps, the beach, what every you call them remember this,

if you hit in a hazard, please let it be a bunker!

Any hole can cause you problems...and any hole can give you birdies.

Instead of counting the strokes, make the strokes count!

Lucky beats good any day.

Practice is great and we all need to do more, but there is no replacement for playing.

I really do not like mowing grass, but it beats shoveling snow!

If you want to spend big money to improve your score, spend it on a putter.

The hottest putter on any given day will take home the lions share of the money.

A funny thing about tips. Magazines, TV, self help video and my site have tips....

I find most people do not take tips well, and most use them for evil instead of good !

Golf is a series of 18 perfect shots broken up with the rest of the round.

Most golfers need very little work on their swing.

Strokes are saved around the greens and time spent there is where the money is!

If all you do is stretch while drying after a shower, start stretching now!

Golf swings are like noses, everyone has one and sometimes they need work.

From time to time I have thoughts and needed a place to write them down. So here they are.

My personal opinion is that it isn't the club its the clubbee!

I have found that nothing rusts a golfer faster than snow!

One thing is certain in golf, you will miss more shots than you want, no matter who you are.

If it is too cold to play golf, just wait 6 months.

The most important thing you have on the course is your mind, and its a terrible thing to waste! Your mind is your best friend and your worst enemy. Use it as  friend before the shot and leave it out during the shot.
