Pumpkin Pie Cake
3 Eggs
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (NOT
pumpkin pie filling)
3/4 cup sugar
4 teas pumpkin pie spice
1 can evaporated milk
1 pkg Yellow (Butter recipe)Cake mix
1 cup pecans
3/4 cup butter, melted
Heat over 350 degrees butter 13X9
baking pan
In large bowl whisk eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and pumpkin spice. Stir until smooth.
Add evaporated milk and stir to blend. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle cake mix
over top and then spread chopped pecans. Drizzle melted butter over top.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes until knife comes out clean. Cool completely to serve.
Personal note:
I didn't use a whole cup of pecans.
